Crossroads Technology Park is a 325,000 square foot, four building, R&D and manufacturing campus in Union City. Woodstock purchased this asset in 2001 through a joint venture with Nearon Enterprises. The partnership owned and managed the project for over 20 years, during which time it remained nearly fully leased to a variety of R&D and advanced manufacturing users.
