30300 Union City Blvd proposes to create a vibrant, innovative, pedestrian-friendly employment hub in response to the city’s creation of the “UCB district” approved as part of the 2040 General Plan. The proposed project seeks to significantly revitalize a blighted and underutilized portion of Union City Boulevard by proposing a new campus-like design with intentional architectural and landscape features. The proposed project site totals 12.63 acres and includes construction of five new buildings totaling approximately 297,000 square feet of commercial development, designed to accommodate office / research / life science / and manufacturing.
