About Woodstock

Woodstock, founded in 1995 by Kirk Syme, is a full service Commercial Real Estate Investment/Development firm specializing in premier office properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Kirk and Woodstock’s current principals are second and third generation Bay Area real estate professionals. Kirk oversees all company operations and investment/development decisions and all strategic partner/capital relationships.

For over 25 years, Woodstock has completed numerous premier office projects in the Bay Area totaling over 3 million square feet principally on the San Francisco Peninsula and in the East Bay.

And currently, Woodstock has over 2 million square feet in its development pipeline.
