Crossroads Technology Park is a 325,000 square foot, four building, R&D and manufacturing campus in Union City. Woodstock purchased this asset in 2001 through a joint venture with Nearon Enterprises. The partnership owned and managed the project for over 20 years. The project remained nearly fully leased for the majority of the hold period to a variety of R&D and manufacturing users.
