329 Primrose Road was acquired in 2008 as a redevelopment and reposition opportunity. Woodstock re-tenanted the second floor office in 2013 to One Medical Group, a national health services company. Upon signing the lease with One Medical Group, Woodstock completed a full renovation of the building including new structural upgrades, fire sprinklers, utility upgrades, a new elevator, and a new entry to the second floor. In 2014, Woodstock Development leased the first floor retail space to the U.S. Post Office.
